Your order is dispatched within 2 to 3 days. Our average delivery times are then 7 to 14 working days in France. In all cases, if you do not receive your item within 60 days, we will refund you in full and you can keep the item when you receive it.

Our company is based in France. We ship from our warehouses in France while stocks last, or directly from our manufacturers in America and Asia.

Don't worry, our items will be left in your P.O. box if they're small enough. Otherwise, your parcel will be left at your local post office for collection.
