Returns

In the case of a defective or non-conforming item, or if the size chosen by the customer is inadequate, or if the product does not suit him or her, our refund and exchange policy allows for a 10-day period. If this period has elapsed since you received the product, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

If you change your mind within 24 hours of ordering during the working week, we offer a direct refund. In order to accommodate changes and rectify customer errors, we will only start processing orders 24 hours after they have been placed.

However, if this period has elapsed and the order has already been processed, we will not be able to offer any refund in the event of a change of mind until the product has been delivered, received and returned to the address indicated.

In order to receive a return on your purchase, it is imperative that the item remains unused and in good condition, in the same condition as when you received it. In addition, the item must be returned in its original packaging and sent to the address we provide, at your expense.

Refunds (if any)

In the case of a refund, we will notify you by e-mail once we have received and assessed the returned item. Our e-mail will confirm receipt of the item and provide an update on the status of your refund request, whether approved or declined.

Once your refund request has been accepted, we will initiate the processing of your refund and automatically credit it to your original payment method or credit card. It is important to note that the time frame in which this transaction occurs is beyond our control. As soon as we begin the refund process on our end, we will promptly inform you of its status.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (where applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if any)

We will only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange it for the same item, please send us an e-mail to contact@style-americain.com.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time required to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item worth more than €50, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchasing delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return.
