Order processing

Orders generally take between one and two working days to process.
Customers have a specific period in which to change the delivery address and other relevant details associated with their order, if necessary.
It's important to distinguish between shipping and delivery.
The process of delivering products and ensuring their safe arrival at their intended destination is commonly referred to as delivery.
Shipping consists of forwarding the items in an order to a third-party company responsible for their actual delivery.
The provision of tracking information may not be immediately available. Please allow 24 to 48 hours before updates on shipment location can be expected.

DELIVERY

Delivery times are 3 to 5 days from our French warehouses and 7 to 14 days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) from our international warehouses. Due to current geopolitical complications, these delivery times can reach 20 to 30 working days.

Please note that these delivery times are given as an indication only, and may be extended beyond our control if your order is placed during busy periods, such as the run-up to Christmas or during sales periods. 

However, if the delivery time exceeds 60 days, the order will be fully refunded.

RETURNS

In the case of a defective or non-conforming item, or if the size chosen by the customer is inadequate, or if the product does not suit him or her, our refund and exchange policy allows for a period of 7 days. If this period has elapsed since you received the product, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

If you change your mind within 24 hours of ordering during the working week, we offer a direct refund. In order to accommodate changes and rectify customer errors, we will only start processing orders 24 hours after they have been placed.

However, if this period has elapsed and the order has already been processed, we will not be able to offer any refund in the event of a change of mind until the product has been delivered, received and returned to the address indicated.

In order to receive a return on your purchase, it is imperative that the item remains unused and in good condition, in the same condition as when you received it. In addition, the item must be returned in its original packaging and sent to the address we provide, at your expense.
